The second-most searched phrasing of this question adds the word “Roblox”, and it is usually asked by somebody playing on something that is not a PC. That is a reasonable worry: on console and in VR, “type this exact string” stops being trivial.
Here is what is actually confirmed about where Prehistoric Farm runs, from the experience page itself rather than from anybody’s guess.
Supported platforms
| Platform | Listed as supported | Practical note for typing a code |
|---|---|---|
| Windows | Yes | Physical keyboard; paste works normally |
| macOS | Yes | Physical keyboard; paste works normally |
| iOS | Yes | On-screen keyboard; watch for autocapitalise |
| Android | Yes | On-screen keyboard; watch for autocorrect |
| Xbox | Yes | Controller or the on-screen keyboard |
| PlayStation | Yes | Controller or the on-screen keyboard |
| Meta Quest | Yes | Virtual keyboard; the slowest of the seven |
The game is free, and it is categorised as Simulation and Tycoon. None of that changes between platforms — it is one experience with one account system behind it.
What that means for codes
Three things follow from “one account, seven devices”, and they are the reason this page exists separately from the main code log.
Your inventory is not per-device. Anything a code grants lands on the account you redeemed it with. If you share a console with a sibling, make sure the profile signed in is yours before you spend a one-per-account redemption.
Mobile and VR keyboards are where codes go to die. Autocapitalisation, autocorrect and predictive text all cheerfully edit a string that has to be exact. On iOS and Android the safest route is to copy the code, long-press the field and paste rather than type. In VR, budget real time for it and check the field character by character before submitting.
Controllers make you slow, and code windows are short. If you mainly play on console and a time-limited code appears, it is worth signing into the same account on a phone or PC just to redeem, then going back to the couch. The reward is already on the account when you return.
What is not confirmed
Whether Prehistoric Farm has any code entry UI at all, where it sits on the HUD, whether a code can be redeemed more than once, and whether rewards differ by platform. Project Mirvy has published none of that, and we will not invent a console-specific workaround for a screen we have not seen. The redeem walkthrough covers the parts that are safe to describe.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do Prehistoric Farm codes work on console?
There is no code to test yet, so this cannot be confirmed for this specific game. What is confirmed is that the experience runs on Xbox, PlayStation and Meta Quest alongside PC and mobile, and that a Roblox account carries its inventory across all of them.
Can I redeem on my phone and get the reward on PC?
Rewards in a Roblox experience attach to your account rather than to a device, so in general yes. We will confirm it for Prehistoric Farm specifically the first time we redeem a real code.
Is there a separate code system for Meta Quest?
Nothing suggests so, and Meta Quest is listed as a supported platform for the same experience. Treat it as the same game with a worse keyboard.
