The short version: this site does not watch you. There is no advertising, no analytics, no tracking pixel, no embedded video, no social button and no font or script loaded from somebody else’s server. Every page is static HTML served with one stylesheet and a small amount of JavaScript that we wrote.
What is stored in your browser
Two things, both local to your device, both optional, and neither one sent anywhere:
Your colour scheme preference. When you use the light/dark toggle in the header, the choice is written to local storage so the site does not flash the wrong theme on your next visit. Choosing the mode that already matches your operating system clears the entry.
Your checklist ticks. The starter checklist and the redeem readiness list save which boxes you have ticked, so you can close the tab and come back. That data lives only in your browser.
Clearing your browser’s site data removes both. Nothing else is stored.
What is never collected
No account, no email address unless you choose to send us one, no IP logging by us, no behavioural profile, no fingerprinting, no cross-site identifiers, and no data sold or shared with anyone, because none is gathered in the first place.
The interactive tools make this concrete. The calculators do their arithmetic in your browser. The dig trainer keeps its score in memory and forgets it on reload. The code look-up in the vault compares what you type against a list that was already downloaded with the page — nothing is transmitted.
Third parties
There are none at runtime. Fonts are self-hosted, icons are inline SVG compiled into the HTML, the stylesheet and scripts are ours, and the search index is a static file on this domain. No request made by any page here goes to another origin.
Our web host necessarily sees the requests needed to serve you the files, as any host does. We do not add anything on top of that, and we hold no logs of our own.
If this changes
Any future change — an advertising partner, a comment system, anything that would introduce a third party — would be announced on the update page with a date before it ships, and this page would be rewritten to describe exactly what it does. There is nothing of the sort planned at launch.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you use cookies?
No. The site sets no cookies at all. Two small preferences are kept in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device and is not sent with any request.
Do you run analytics?
No. There is no Google Analytics, no alternative analytics product and no self-hosted tracking. We do not know how many people read any page.
Does the search box send my query anywhere?
No. Search runs in your browser against an index built when the site was published. Your query never leaves the device.
